أريد أن أرسل مقالى إلى إحدى المجلات ووجدت هذه الفقرة فى شروطهم والتى لم أفهمها جيدا Articles should be submitted in electronic form accompanied by two printouts and a cover letter (copyright transfer form) signed by all the co-authors to the following address:

the cover letter est la lettre de motivitation exemple:

We confirm that the work in this manuscript is original; it has not been published elsewhere, accepted for publication elsewhere or under editorial review for publication elsewhere.
All authors have directly participated in this work and approved the final version of the submitted manuscript.
