500 g Semolina medium
- 250 g butter + 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 vanilla
- 2 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 250 g of honey
Teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Frist.
Keep flour in the oven until has golden color
next.
Let it cool down .
then.
we add to it same cinnamon and orange blossom water and Melt the butter with the vanilla and honey
after that.
Keep the butter then pour flour over it in a Bowl
Finally.
Mix well with the addition of peanuts

this dish is called tamina .it's made of dates flour and batter . first toss the flour in a pam .then take the dates after taking off the kewels and batter and toasted flour then mix all together .finally form it into many slapes
tamina is usually served with some milk .it's coooked on the occation of new born baby
