Notice about Ceil (Centre d’Enseignement Intensif des Langues) ?

i'm student From USTHB
is anybody there taken courses in CEIL ? from USTHB or other universities
how about the level, did you really learned something there, or it is a waste of time ?

I had an oral test and today is my written one cause my level is high so they are making sur about it i guess i will enter in level B1
