دخلت الى موقع مصري لقيت هاد الموضوع
ناقشوا كيما تحبوا وعلقوا .والله حرت للدرجة هادي يكرهونا ....وقالكة اللاعبين تخنقوا من الالعاب النارية ..

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته ..
هذا الموضوع سيكون منبراً لحملة ليست مصرية فحسب بل هي حملة ننشادها مع بقية فرق المجموعة تحت شعار (( اللعب النظيف )) ,, سنراسل من خلالها المواقع و الاتحادات المسئولة لـ اعادة الحقوق لأصحابها و الزام العقاب علي المخطئين .
لقد غرم الاتحاد الدولي الجزائر ( 20 ألف دولاراً ) بعد استخدامها الألعاب النارية في مباراتها ضد مصر في السادس من يونيو الماضي و حذر الاتحاد الدولي الجزائر من استخدامها و الا ستكون هناك عقوبات رادعة ضد المنتخب الجزائري أولها خصم النقاط ..
و تم بالفعل اشعال الألعاب النارية في المدرجات في مباراة الجزائر ضد زامبيا ضد لوائح الفيفا المطبقة و قوانينها الذي سيتم توضيحه بتوسع فيما هو قادم ,,

According to the principles of fair play and equal opportunities that Fifa calls for and keen on in managing football matters around the world and as the Fifa is the only institution that could achieve Justice we are going to present our complaint hoping to find a solution
During the football game between Egypt and Algeria in 2010 world cup qualifications for Africa continent in the seventh of june for the year 2009 and after the Algerian team had scored a goal , the crowds started doing fireworks and also throwing it in the pitch which caused what we can call (( mental terrorism )) to the players of the Egyptian team
After that Fifa accepted the Egyptian federatin of football complaint and punished the Algerian federation of football by financial sanctions and warned them not to repeat that
During the football game between Algeria and Zambia in 2010 world cup qualifications for africa continent in the sixth of September for the year 2009 the Algerian crowds repeated what they did in the previous game with Egypt with no care for Fifa warns or laws
Based on what has been said in the previous points we wish that Fifa is going to take all the legal actions to punish the Algerian federation of football because of its repeated violations in order that all national teams could have the same opportunities to reach world cup 2010 and also in order not to see intervention of non-athletic elements which may determine the winner at the end

الرسالة باللغة العربية : ( الي الاعلام المصري و الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم ) .
عملاً بمبدأي اللعب النظيف و تكافؤ الفرص الذى تنادى به الفيفا وتحرص عليه بشدة فى ادراتها لكرة القدم حول العالم , والمباريات التى تجري تحت اشراف الفيفا , وبما ان الفيفا هى المؤسسة الأولى المنوط بيها تحقيق العدالة فى لعبة كرة القدم اتقدم بشكواي هذه عل وعسى ان تجد آذاناً صاغية لديكم وان تحظى بالرعاية والإهتمام اللازمان , والشكوى تتلخص فى الاتى :
1- اثناء اجراء مباراة كرة القدم بين منتخبي الجزائر ومصر فى تصفيات كأس العالم 2010 عن قارة افريقيا , بتاريخ 7/6/2009 , وبعد احراز المنتخب الجزائري لهدف فى تلك المباراة قامت جماهيره وبأعداد كبيرة بإشعال الألعاب النارية , واحراق اوراق واشياء اخرى والقاءها على ارضية الملعب مما تسبب فى ارهاب ومضايقات جمة للاعبي منتخب مصر وبالتالى الإخلال بمبادئ الفيفا التى أقرتها على الجميع .
2- قامت الفيفا مشكورة بقبول شكوى من جانب الإتحاد المصرى تناولت الأحداث المؤسفة والإرهاب النفسى الشديد الذى حدث للاعبي مصر اثناء المباراة , وقامت الفيفا مشكورة بمعاقبة الإتحاد الجزائرى وتوقيع عقوبات مادية عليه , وتحذيره بشدة من تكرار تلك الاحداث .
3- اثناء اجراء مباراة كرة القدم بين منتخبي الجزائر وزامبيا فى تصفيات كأس العالم 2010 عن قارة افريقيا بتاريخ 6/10/2009 , وبعد احراز المنتخب الجزائرى لهدف فى تلك المباراة قامت جماهيره وفى تحدى صريح لقرار الفيفا بإشعال الألعاب النارية فى المدرجات لتكرر نفس الخطأ مرة اخرى غير مبالية بقوانين الفيفا او حتى بالتحذير المسبق لهم بعدم تكرار تلك الأفعال المخلة بنُظم اللعبة وبقوانين الفيفا .
4- وبناء على ما تم ذكره فى النقاط الثلاث السابقة , نتمنى اخد كافة الإجرات القانونية لعقاب وردع الإتحاد الجزائري على المخالفات المتكررة والصارخة بقوانين الفيفا , واللامبالاة بالعقوبة التى وقعت مسبقا , حتى تحظى كافة المنتخبات بنفس الفرصة للتنافس , ولاتتدخل عوامل غير رياضية لتحديد المنتصر وهذا بالطبع ما ترفضه الفيفا بل هو ضد الروح الرياضية والنزاهة بكل تاكيد .

Au cours du match de football entre l'Egypte et l'Algerie en qualifications de la Coupe du monde 2010 pour le continent l'Afrique dans le septiéme du mois de juin pour l'annee 2009 et apres que l'equipe algerienne a marque un but, la foule a commence a faire des feux d'artifice et aussi de le jeter dans le terrain qui a provoque ce l'on peut appeler ((le terrorisme mentale)) pour les joueurs de l'equipe egyptienne
Apres que la FIFA a accepte la plainte federatin egyptien de football et puni de la federation algerienne de football par des sanctions financieres et les avertit de ne pas repeter que

Sur la base de ce qui a ete dit dans les points precedents, nous souhaitons que la FIFA va prendre toutes les mesures juridiques pour punir la federation algerienne de football a cause de ses violations repetees afin que toutes les equipes nationales pourraient avoir les memes chances de parvenir a la Coupe du Monde 2010 et aussi afin de ne pas voir l'intervention d'elements non athletiques qui mai determiner le gagnant a la fin
