[SIZE="5"]You can't speak it because you have probably never practiced speaking, I can't emphasize it enough but you have to practice by talking to someone or just yourself, that way you will be more comfortable with the ********, I had the same problem a couple of years ago but now I feel I'm way better because I practiced by chatting, speaking and sometimes writing.
Watching movies in English will improve your understanding of the ******** and enrich your vocabulary but that's all, it won't make you better at using this vocabulary, of course don't forget to improve the grammar you can find tons of courses online, best of luck. [SIZE]

there is an amazing group on F a c e b o o k named ONLY iN Eglish, i highly recommend that you join as a member, they often share lessons and exercices in Eglish, plus it's members are very nice and willing to help those in need.
there is also a great website just google duolingo you'll find it,it will be a great kickstart for you, i'm sure it'll help you to better express yourself you will like it a lot i don't know if it supports arabic as primary ******** though, if not i can only hope that your french is good. if you need further help i'm here.

According to my experience, those are good ways to learn listening/speaking English,
ordered from the best:

1- Travel to an English speaking country or to a country with plenty of tourists.

2- Go to conversation groups where you can find members with beginner level.
I do not know if such groups exist around where you live. If not, you can start one
by inviting your friends who share your interest. Or you can check if a lan gu age
school around offers a conversation group. The advantage of this option is that
of commitment and motivation since you meet up with people.

3- If you are busy (or lazy), you can check out online lang uage services
such as "polyglotclub dot com". There you can find plenty of English learners or
teachers. Go for native speakers if you can. For that, you may need to exchange a
******** you speak.

Good luck.
