Ladies and gentlleman ..
Today in this important meeting, we want to treat a problem of corruption in our society . it's en evil that must be fought now in all the world not only in Algeria, Above all, Every one of you must be aware of the negative impact of corruption in our religion islam, because Islam recommends that all societies should avoid definitely this evil as they should keep away from the ways leading to it, certainly our turn as responsible people is to find solutions to fight this problem, so we bring back honesty and credibility to our society . I know that all of you are asking for how we can get rid of corruption and depending on what, but i have come today exactly to give you my anti-corruption programme with different steps containing details and suggestions that may be the best solutions .. Firstly i edict stringent regulations, it means i will make new laws more severe, specially using public authorities, in addition to that, if workers or employees work in illegal ways, the will be punished by paying fees or being jailed, In the same way, we should take juristic measures about corruption in the different institutions and companies by imposing in a supervision or control by customs divisions specially on affiliate companies and industrial or comercial institutions , Secondly, i will fight tax evasion it means people who elude from paying taxes, i will use a help of civil code to take convenient procedures that help get rid of tax evasion, we will double also taxes as punishement for any disobedience or contravention done by people, thirdly, to choose honest civil servants, i will appoint truthful and faithful workers or employers who work with ethics and lawfulness in addition to important one that's experience and qualification . it means that civil servants must be competent and qualifies to do their job besides having credibility and dedication . Finally, to bring back or rehabilitate the value of work to our education as means to teach the importance of work specially beign honest and truthful workers which will raise our country's economy.
That's my programme, i wish that all of you would agree with it
