اتصلت بالبريد بخصوص سلعتي والاجابة !!

اشتريت سلعة من اليكسبريس
تم الشحن في
2015-03-11
اتصلت بالبريد قبل ايام
لم يكن هناك رد
وبعد اكثر من 40 محاولة
رد علي موضف واطيته رقم التتبع واجابني انه لا توجد اي معلومة لدينا بخصوص سلعتك

اظن انه لم تصل السلعة للجزائر اصلا ! ؟
