مشكلة في الشراء من aliexpress تم اقتطاع الرصيد و اغلاق الطلب

لقد طلبت سلعة من موقع aliexpress وهذه اول سلعة لي ولكن
تفاجأة بان اغلقو لي طلبي و تم اقتطاع الرصيد من البايونير
ارجوكم ساعدوني
ولا اعرف السبب وهذا نص الرسالة و صورة المشكل

لقد وصلتني رسالة تفيد بانه تم التحقق من الدفه
ثم اتتني رسالة تخبرني بأنه تم غلق طلبي
وهذه الرسالة الاولى والثانية

أخي الكريم هم لم يشكوا في البائع و لكن فيك ، و هم يريدون الإثباتات أن البطاقة بطاقتك
أرسل إلى الدعم
صورة ب.ت.و
صورة لبطاقة الماستر كارد تظهر فيها : الإسم و اللقب و اربعة الأرقام الأخيرة فقط

فقط قم بالضفط على claim وارسل لهم صورة لبطاقة هويتك + صورة لبطاقة ماستر كارد اظهر فقط 4 ارقام الاخيرة

بعد 4 او 5 ايام سيتم حل هذه المشكلة

اخي الكريم حدث معي مثل ماحدث معك و ارسلت لهم الصور لكن دون جدوى لكن رجع المال الى البطاقة :)
