مساعدة في رسالة منع بائع ب علي اكسبرس

الرجاء منكم مساعدة بخصوص عل اكسبرس

لقد اشتريت هاتف وبعد يومين راسلنس البائع بهذه الرساله لم أفهم مقصوده
رجاء ساعدوني أو توضيح اذا أمكن

الرسالة:

Dear friend
As a honest seller, we are sorry to infrom you that our store will stop working in a month, because some reason in our company.
So we cann't send you package to you now.
if possible could you pls cancel this order , and could you pls choose the reason
"buyer don't want this product any more" or "buyer made the same orders" or "other reason"?
So we can agree it soon ,and you can use the refund buy something else

البائع يريد منك ان تلغي الشراء لانه سيغلق متجره و يريدك ان تضع السبب على حسابك مثلا I don't wont this product any more = انت لا تريد شراء هذه السلعة)
