Peace be upon you

I need help in British literature, please can you explain to me environmental awareness, postmodern capitalism and consumarism ,culture and mass media(they have to do with postmodernism)

And please, can you tell me about Light in August by William Faulkner? A general idea ,anything related to this novel.

Thank you in advance

Dear Toulay

You have asked many complex questions at once

Let's start with the novel which I think ...as far as I know ...
It is one of Faulkner's famous realist works about racism
of blood between the south and north in the United States

Read about the scene...the charecters' names...
.The words used by the writer to find out they are all segnificant

""the central character of Joe Christmas has dominated criticism of the novel, primarily because he represents the problematic and touchy issue of racism""

Faulknerss' novels are extremely complex and they need full concentration ...
In fact I dealt with only one of his short stories
" A Rose for Emily " and it was too complex....

Take a look at this site because it gives an account of
most of the literary works we deal with ...
