listen first coz listening is so important ... :) u have to be a good listener
watch the movies or videos in english it will help u and if u can chat with people ^^ without shying of course

It is said to be that practice makes perfect....

you will have to read short scripts...texts, stories...etc
Listen to audio texts
Write short paragraphs making use of the vocabulary items you know
and then speak and don't be shy whenever you commit a mistake ....
you'll get used to speaking fluently ...
the begining is usually too hard,,

All in all...work on developing the four skills "listening, reading,writing and speaking skill"


A good English l anguage speaker should know lots of things in terms of the culture of the relative country either....


Bear in mind that talking in a mirror enables

you to get rid of "shyness, being hesitant, speaking fast and fluently ...etc...

try the trick just for once and you sure will admire it!!
