خير لك أن تضيء شمعة من أن تلعن الظلام.
قبل أن.....فكر في....before you...think of
Today before you think of saying an unkind word,
Think of someone who can't speak
قبل أن تفكر فى قول شيئ غير لطيف لشخص ما
فكر فيمن لا يستطيعون الكلام.

Before you complain about the taste of your food,
Think of someone who has nothing to eat
قبل أن تشكو من طعامك ،فكر في من لا يملكون ما يأكلونه.

Before you complain about your husband or wife,
Think of someone who's crying out to Allah for a companion
قبل أن تشكو من زوجك أو زوجتك، فكر في من يتوسلون الى الله ليمنحهم رفيقا.

Before you complain about your children,
Think of someone who desires children but they're barren
قبل أن تشكو من الأطفال، فكر في من يريدون الأطفال بشده، ولكنهم لا يستطيعون.

Before you argue about your dirty house,
Think of the people who are living in the streets
قبل أن تُضجر...لأن المنزل ليس جميلا، فكر في من يعيشون فى الشوارع.

And when you are tired and complain about your job,
Think of the unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had your job
قبل أن تبدأ بالشكوى من عملك والتعب
فكر فى العاطلين ،وهؤلاء ممن يتمنوا أن يحصلوا على عملك الصعب هذا.

But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another,
Remember that not one of us are without sin and we all answer to one Maker
قبل أن تشير بأصبعك على أحد لتتهمه
تذكر أنه لا يوجد انسان لا يخطىء وجميعنا عباد لله

And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down,
Put a smile on your face and thank Allah you're alive and still around
وعندما تشعر أن الاحباط سوف يقضى عليك
حاول أن تبتسم ،واشكر ربك بأنك على قيد الحياه وحي ترزق.

Life is a gift......Live it.....Enjoy it
الحياه هبة من الله
After all of the darkness and sadness, Après toute cette obscurité et cette tristesse
Soon comes happiness Bientôt vient la joie
If I surround myself with positive things, Si je m'entoure de choses positives
I'll gain posterity Je gagnerai de la prospérité
