today im gonna talk about "happyness" really hard thing to acheive..i hope you like it!!
There are guidelines for happiness that can benefit a person, knowing that happiness standards vary from one person to another, the following tips provided by mental health experts lead to happiness in life.
*Try as much as possible to spend most of your free time with people who you love and you feel confortable in
their presence around you

Search and always work hard on the things you enjoy doing ...
Do not think negative things that bring you feelings of distress and grief, and always think of the positive aspects of your life and ways of strengthening..
Manage your time between work, relaxation , comfort and balance between the two, meaning the balance between the requirements of the body and the mind..
Take the any chance to get out of the routine of daily life, diversification gives life flavor..yeap!! it's totaly true ^^
Take good care of your health through physical motor activity and proper nutrition and health equipment, and remember that the peace of mind is the safety of the body and vice versa
Always remember that life is not happiness always and not sorrow always, but between the two, thus accept life's problems and try to adapt to them,
remember also that each node solution, and it is important to look optimistically to the future, just do' nt look to the past, but live today as it's your last day in your life!!
