unless= إذا لم بمعنى دخول unless على جملة الشرط فتقوم بنفيها مثلا:
لو عملت بجد ، سوف تنجح
if you work hard (+) ,you will succeed(+)
كلا الجملتين إجابيتين

الآن ندخل unless إذ لم

unless you work hard (-),you won't succee(-)d
إذا لم تعمل جيدا ، فلن تنجح
الخلاصة unless تحتوي على نفي بدون not و عندما تدخل على الجملة تنفى الجملة الأولى بدون not .و تنفي الثانية = جواب الشرط بإستعمال not
