A simple question about reported speech

Hi everyone!

This morning,we did a test in English. We had an exercise about Direct and indirect speech. I'm confused about my answer..


She said : I never make mistakes

In reported speech:

She said that she never made mistakes.

That was my answer,and I'm not sure about it. I know that when it's present,we change it into past ..I don't know :confused:

you're absolutely right because the rule is when the reporting verb in the past simple tense the present become past
so don't panic

j'ai revise la leçon

ma repense est fausse parce que on fait comme j'ai rependu si on a une phrase impérative

et dans ton exemple on a une phrase déclarative

donc la repense sera comme la tienne
