I guess Civilisation is easier than Literature
but when you understand what the theme is or you have already knew about it would be easy emmm

I guess the best theme for literature is
The American dream

and for civilisation

American Civil war
or presidency of any president of the USA and the problematic will be about his policies or something

yeah well I think Civil Rights Movement is little bit complicated
but no matter how it is the most important is
the references
if you're sure that you will find books
then you can start from now
but you still have time search for other themes
