in the town where I live,but fortunately,she was saved by the police.

I think the government should find a solution for this problem.In fact,the whole community should

think but what about causes why kidnaper do like this ?

i believe that the kidnappers themselves do not know why they are doing this!!
seriously they do not have a specific reason,, most of them say that because the lack of the oppourtunity to work we're kidnapping kids and asking for money !!
but seriously is that a valid reason??? even though i've never heard that a kidnapper asked for money, most of the kids that we've heard about them on TV were killed cruely!!!!!
so i hink this is beyond what the average citizen would think, let's take a moment to think about this situation did we have it before?the kidnapping thing!!? when we were kids we had the opportunity to live as a KID (the true meaning of child) we were silly and naive we played with dirt and we even ate sand and soap !! now i can barely see innocent kids most of them are very mature!!! because of their parents are telling them to be careful all the tie and to not trust people! and they have all the right to warn their children because they are afraid .
my point of a view is that these kidnappers are not stealing lives they're stealing children spirit and innocent.

this subject is so serious people are so afraid of what happening

Criminals fopund it easy and if they are caught by the police they will serve nothing only few years in the jails this latter became a paradise and healthy than the outside

to be realistic when the government go easy with a criminal
what are we waiting for them to do ofcourse they do what they wanna do!

Kidnappers are not money seakers in algeria they're mentally sick or assassins they don't deserve to be threw in jail they deserve to be punished cruelly like what Franssa used to do to our ancesstors my point of view is that
Kidnappers deserve cruel punishment to be treated like a cannibals then passed to the

Death Row

and then tell me about the consequence!

the government is concerned with issue.

and about the citizens too why!
sometimes I see children playing alone in gardens or in the street while their parents are having dinner or watching FBC matches or I don't know how they call
the slution is as I sais before

and for the parent we need an intensified parental control on children

well talking about the causes I think
only a few number of kidnappers ask for ransom and take them like a hostage only a few.
another serious cause that we need to pay attention to it is that some kidnappers are freak or abnormal they violate and kill this is a serious cause I think there is a diffrence between kidnappers in algeria and america for instan ce there they kidnap to get money or for affairs but here still we got no clues!

i totally agree with you guys, even if the government apply a punishment on these criminals they'll get released in july 5th !!
they do have a HOPE!! each year bunch of criminals get released from jails that's why no one is taking the judicial system with consideration!!

I guess kidnapping is not new for these kinds of people and this could have happened centuries ago. In my point of view, nowadays the circumstances are adequate for many crimes and not only kidnapping. we, in our society, see that kidnapping is the most shocking but there other crimes which we daren't talk about them. the most encouraging factors are the judicial verdicts applied on those offenders.
this problem won't stop unless the society move to excute cirminals on at least to force the authorities to execute them otherwise thing are going to be worse in the next few years.

Riyad all these crimes is a result of the most corrupted sectors the "Justicial Sector " this latter is the worst system in the world my point of view ofcourse every body is free they want this bulshits they want it and ain't no body brave enough or powerful to face them whacha gonna do this is the Algeria...only crafty rule.....

yeah all that's right here in algeria this phenominon makes all families afraid that they can't let their children go and play outsid because there is no safty in this sociaty spicialy there is no strongly punishment to those kidnapper :o :o

the children kidnaping in our country is a newly phenom , very strange in our society ...in the few last years it emerges in a creepy way
i think we must all react against this unhuman phenom that affect our society in force . god be with our little butterflies.

children are an easy innocent target that you can lure simply with a candy or a toy , and in a community where there's a lot of pressure , corruption , crime and drug abuse . a little child will look like a delicious bunny in a dark graveyard full of wolves and hyenas .
plus believe it or not there are some twisted evil people that think that kidnapping is the new cool thing to do.
