you must respect thé tense useeddddd on theeee sentences such as soon futur ,yet just already présent perfect etc .......

كيف تفرق بين Could و was/were able to

Could في الماضي القريب ( the near past )

was/were able to في الماضي البعيد ( the far past )

لم أفهم هذا في مثال ::
في الموقع لي عطاتولي صديقتنا هنا

Could

Is used to talk about past abilities. e.g. ‘When I was a child I could do handstands’.
