Body lang_uage
Learn how to read others' thoughts
Body lang_uage the non-verbal communication, when our physical behaviors tell some unspoken intention or feeling about us. These behaviors can include body posture, gestures, facial expressions, and eye movements.
Sometimes we feel happy without saying that verbally, but we say that with our behavior, the same thing when we feel sad or guilt or shamed or … etc, of course every feeling have a special behavior it deffer from a feeling to an other.
I'm not a professional but I read many books about this lang_uage, so I'll share with you some of the most popular gestures, of course all what we'll say it could indicate that feeling or situation, it depend from a person to an other, but in general it's true.
Lesson one "shaking hands":
Assume that you have just met someone for the first time and you greet each other with a customary handshake.
You can get a first impression just from this handshake, we have three general situations are
1- Taking control: By turning your hand, so that your palm faces down in the handshake

Fig 1: Taking the control
We can see that your palm need not be facing the floor directly, but should be facing downwards in relation to the other person’s palm.
'So this person is trying to dominate you, be careful !!'
When you receive a dominant handshake from another person, it is not only difficult to force his palm back over into the submissive position, but it becomes very obvious when you do it. There are some techniques for disarming the dominant hand shaker , we'll talk about it next time, in sha Allah
2- Giving control: It's the opposite of taking control handshake, that's mean your palm faces up just as fig show us.

Fig 2: Giving the control
'You can dominate this person. He will do as you wish , so don't use this situation in a bad way, okay !!'
3- Equality: Some people call it shake hands like a man , this vice-like vertical palm grip is the handshake .

People who'll give you this kind of handshakes you will say about them “I like this person. We will get on well together ” you will feel so comfortable with him.
See you next time with some new lesson about Body lang_uage.
