for your insisting salihastar, i don't where the average of the last condidates which is taken (معدل أخر مترشح) but i can tell you thatm the 1st one of the list ofcourse which is a girl. that girl has 13,80. she had finished her studies in 2001
for the last one on the english CEM list, swear to you i don't know

because of the addition. in CEM. you've got 34 place and 34 as a reserve. they took all of them and they add 37 place in english CEM
