السلام عليكم is there any one that could inform me about the phd in english. i know that we can submitt oir files in the universities of skikda or constantine since my speciality is literature and civilisation, but i have no idea about the dates, the test and the chances. and would you please explain to me how can another university ask for a specific number of candidates from other universities does this mean that only that specific number of students are aloid to get through???
