Good work but bad result

Nowadays to teach English has become vey hard as an occupation and almost fruitless as well
Every time the final exam approaches I ask myself about the following issue that I want to share with my

colleagues and fellow teachers .
The year long we feel at ease, even very satisfied of our efforts and teaching but our learners get bad results in the BEM exam
Simple question : WHY ?

The BEM exam of Enlish enlightened my thoughts.......I noticed that our learners face a huge stumbling block when being tested in official exam...The questions given remain far away from their grasp. Such ambiguity in questions avoids them to figure out right answers and prevents them from obtaining good results.... I mean by this the first questions asked to the student should be selected carefully and carry no different interpretations ....They should be direct, clear and students find no difficulty in dealing with them...As we all know: the first step is the hardest ....as soon as the students pass over it, they can work out the other activities at easy and eagerness.... ....
