This is just to cast doubt on the enduring and tense relation between teachers and their inspector that I 'd like to shed lights on in this forum …………….
Every teacher is warmly welcome to join and enhance this query with a comment, an answer, a question or at least a word..........
The majority of the teachers are in constant controversy with their inspector (novice or veteran ones)
Teachers differ in justifying their hatred, dissatisfaction or restlessness.
Every one has his / her own reason but one thing they all share is their dislike (degrees remain questionable). Not to see the inspector is not just an incessant wish but a profound relief. Most of them do not prefer the inspector to stopover the school.
So what are the real reasons for such misunderstanding that, no doubt, hurt the educational system and the teaching as well………………..
Is it simply a misunderstanding that can be healed one way or the other or something deeper that lies behind ?

Hello dear mates. I think that the relationship between any two parts should be based on respect and trust .Concerning the teachers of Djelfa, it is obvious that this relation between them and their inspector is corrupted . which means ,there is a screw somewhere. For me , I consider that any targetted success should be achieved through total collaboration and especially with respect and that is not the case here . So as a matter of fact it is strongly recommended for the inspector and the teachers as well to benifit from their faults in order to establish a new era of confidence and trust through which we all will get what we have always looked for.
