today i want to provide you by some question that may be assked by the comitee
perheps they will ask you about your academic careeri mean your university studies
why did you choose teaching as a job
what are the major factors of a competent teacher
and also without neglct to test your previous packadge of english
they may be also provoke you by some questions to see your level of stability and so don't forget to show then that you are always in a calm case and try to answer on the question by a methodological way
conserning your look try to choose clothes that have a total relation with the job and put in your consediration that the classical case is the most appopriate way
finally i hope that i provide you by some cases that will help you in your meeting and i wish that you will have what you deserve inchalah

you also have to correct your disastrous mistakes, don't you know that this word does not exist in english (advices) . you have to say "pieces of advice" if you want to use the plural because this word "advice " is an uncountable noun revise the grammar carefully so as not to make more mistakes.

Dear prospective teachers of English
.I wanna give a helping hand before the interview day, so be ready to answer the examiners' questions.
during the interview, maybe your examiners will ask you the questions in English langu age or Arabic or maybe in French. These examiners can be inspectors of the English langu age, when you answer their questions, the first thing they check is your mastery of the langua ge , they won't give good marks for those who don't speak the langu age very well, how someone will be a teacher of English if he, himself or herself, does not speak the lang age very well and makes grammatical mistakes. so be careful.,
The general questions that they may ask are: Where did you study English or in which university did you study English? when did you graduate from university?
have you taught English Langu age before? or do you have any professional experience in English Lang uage teachig? for how long time have you taught English? Here; try to be cool and calm and answer these questions without being afraid because the examiners are checking your English..
Other questions may be asked such as: what is the approach that is applied now in the Algerian educational system in general and in English Lang uage teaching in particular? ( the Competency- Based Approach ) or CBA
How would you define this new Approach or how would you define the Competency-Based Approach? What are the major aspects or features of this approach? do you like teaching? How would you deal with your pupils especially the weak ones
I think that these are the most important questions and good luck for everybody.
PS: concerning Competency-Based-Apprach , google it and you'll find more. And also class management . .
NB: CBA is a LEARNER- CENTRED approach , it's different from the previous teaching approaches which are TEACHER- CENTRED approaches. It means that the pupil or the leaner is the MOST important element in the teaching/learning process.
