ودعوة للاخوة الباحثين تجنب مثل دور النشر هذه التي تطلب المال مقابل النشر
وهدفها تجاري محض وهو بعيد كل البعد عن الرسالة السامية للبحث العلمي
معروف انها تنشر كل ما يرسل اليها مقابل دفع ما يطلبون بدون مراعاة الجودة وكل المعايير المتاعرف عليها من اجل تقييم بحث علمي

اذا كان النشر بالمقابل فاكيد ان هذه الجريدة تجارية كالشروق و الخبر و غيرها من الصحف
فالجرائد العلمية عادة تكون تابعة لجامعات ، مخابر ، مراكز بحث او مجموعات بحث عالمية و اللجان العلمية لها هم اصلا اساتذة جامعات

كما اغتنم الفرصة و اشير الى تكاليف المشاركة بالنسبة للملتقيات فعادة ما يكون مرتفعا خاصة بالنسبة للطلبة لان المشاركة تكون بمستوى المحتوي العلمي
وتكاليف المشاركة تتحملها الوزارة و لها ميزانية خاصة و الله اعلم

ولكن اعتقد انه مجلة SYLWAN مفهرسة في موقع Web of Science ولها معامل تاثير
ام ان تقيم موقع Web of Science لم يراعي جودة البحوث المنشورة في هذه المجلة ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

المشكل أن المجلة الأصلية تخصصها علوم الغابات وهي مفهرسة حقا أما المزيفة ( منتحلة الصفة) فيدعي أصحابها تعدد الإختصاصات، و بالتالي فالمقال المرسل لن يصدر حقيقية لأنه أرسل الى المجلة منتحلة الصفة.

أذكر فترة زمنية كانت هناك مراكز بريد مزيفة إذا بعثت بواسطتها مقالك للتحكيم ثم النشر أو الرفض لا يصل بتاتا إلى وجهته. في بعض الاحوال يتم بعث إليك بفاتورة النشر تقوم بدفعها على اساس أن المقال الذي سينشر هو مقالك وإذا بالمستلة التي ترسل إليك بها اسم باحث آخر و بعنوان مخالف تماما لعنوانك و المضمون.
أعني، فلينشر كل باحث عند جامعته أو عند المجلة المتوافرة على مستواه الجغرافي أحسن، فعلى الاقل يعرف عنوانها و أن لها ادارة و يمشي إليها عند الحاجة و اللقاء يكون مادي. و على الوزارة أن تتكفل بجعل مجلات علمية محكمة عديدة على مستوى الجامعات و المراكز الجامعية و مراكز البحث و التطوير وبعض الادارات العمومية المعنية بالبحث العلمي كمديريات البيئة و الاستشفاء و الوظيفة العمومية و العدالة و غيرها.
أما بخصوص هذه المجلات، فهي نصابة، وهي جريمة يعاقب عليها بموجب أغلب التشريعات الجنائية بالعالم، وهذه المسألة قد تتكفل بها وزارة التعليم العالي، وربما يتعين عليكم اخطارها بالامر لعل و عساها أن تنسق مع الجهات المعنية لوقف ذلك. والله أعلم.
