Hello I'm EFL student at bartna university, next year I want to transfer to Biskra inchallah . can anyone of you guys tell me what are the specialities there,and if it is a good uni as I heard and as all peaple talk about it.
Another thing, I want to know also If English teacher are good and they respect students and gives them what they deserve, Because in batna "Sabotaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaage" as all ppl know and hate
so pleaaaaaaaase I need your advice if you are interesting
