Merci est effectivement un mot magique, mais il n’est pas le seul ; il existe d’autres mots tout aussi magiques mais merci est facile à dire (même par hypocrisie) alors que pour d’autres mots, ils sont lourds à prononcer, comme le pardon par exemple, j’en parlerai plus tard.
