أقدم لكم هذا الموضوع البسيط لكل طالب يريد الولوج الى تخصص الهندسة المعمارية

وكل طالب يدرس هذا التخصص ، تحت عنوان : الشامل لطلبة الهندسة المعمارية

الجواب : الطالب سنة اولى في السداسي الأول يُركز على تعلم

المعارف العامة للهندسة المعمارية والوسائل الي يستخدمها في الرسم من

(أقلام ، ومسطرات، وأوراق...) وتمرين اليد على السرعة في الرسم ،


أما في السداسي الثاني : تكون نتيجته كيفية تصميم مشروع كــ

(منزل ، كتحف ، حضانة ، مقهى ، مطعم ...)

سؤال : كيف يمكنني إجراء بحث وألقيه بطريقة جيدة؟

الجواب : كما هو معهود عند الطلبة أن أغلبية البحوث تلقيها بعرضها إما على الأوراق أو power point

إذا كان العرض على الأوراق هنا الطالب هو من يحدد شكل الورقة وتزينيها

وعن محتوى العرض او البحث يكون كالتالي :


-تنويع المصادر في بحثك .وذكرها في آخر كل بحث

- من الإفضل البحث في الكتب بدل المواقع العنكبوتيه ...

-اذا بحثت في النت : حاول ان تبحث بصيغ pdf وdco وppt أو في مذكرات تخرج

-عندما تنهتي من جميع المعلومات يبقى عليك ترتيبها (مخطط العمل) كأنك تشرح درس خطوة بخطوة


: من المقدمة والتعريفات وتاريخ المادة الموضوعة،وكذا الخصائص والمميزات وكل شيء مهم وكذا الخلاصة ..

وفي الأخير يبقى عليك التلصيق او اعداد البحث بطريقة جيدة ، والأهم في كل هذا أنك تفهم بحثك بحث جيدا

فاذا ما لاقيت اي كلمة او جملة او شيء لا تفهمه ابحث عليه ، فلا تعجل الغموض والنقائص في البحث.

سؤال : ماهي النتيجة التي يخرج منها الطالب بعد العام الدراسي الثاني

(السداسي الثالث والرابع)؟

الجواب : في هذا العام سيتمكن الطالب من فهم القطعة الأرضية التي سيبُني عليها المشروع

وكيفية تقسيم القطعة ويكون بطبيعة الحالة الدراسة على ارض واقعية والطالب هو من يُقسم القطعة

وغالبا ما يكون العمل عمل جماعي من ثلاثة الى خمسة او ستة طلبة .

لمشروع سكن فردي (habitat individuel) : كما أن الطالب في الأخير يقوم بعرض


مشروعه (habitat individuel) في العرض النهائي (affichage finale) للسداسي الثالث طبعا.





*وكذلك يتم اجراء (analyse thématique) في السداسي الرابع :


لمشروع سكن جماعي (collectif habitat ) ومشروع سكن شبه جماعي (habitat semi collectif)

: كما أن الطالب في الأخير يقوم بعرض مشروع لسكن جماعي ومشروع لسكن شبه جماعي

في العرض النهائي (affichage finale) للسداسي ..

في هذه السنة يكون لديكم ثلاث ورشات :

atelier de construction

atelier d'urbanisme



سؤال : سؤال : ماهي النتيجة التي يخرج منها الطالب بعد العام الدراسي الثالث (السداسي الخامس والسادس)؟


في السداسي الخامس : سيتطرق الطالب الى كيفية التحليل الحضري ثم كيفية ادخال التعديلات اللازمة

ويصاحب هذا الأمر كتابة مذكرة التخرج

أما في السداسي السادس والأخير : يكون متبوع بنتيجة ما توصل اليه الطالب في السداسي الخامس

يعني :

أن الطالب بعد ما يقوم بالتحليل الحضري على الحي او منطقة ما واجراء التدخلات (http://www.djelfa.info/vb/showthread.php?t=1266001)
وتبيين المشاكل للمنطقة ودراستها دراسة معقمة ( استنادا الى أحد الطرق التحليل ) (http://www.djelfa.info/vb/showthread.php?t=1266001)

I- L'image de l'environnement
Ce livre examine les qualités visuelles de la ville américaine en en étudiant la représentation mentale chez ses habitants. L'une de ces qualités est la lisibilité

La lisibilité

C'est la clarté du paysage, la facilité d'identifier les éléments de la ville et de les structurer en schéma cohérent. Cette clarté permet de s'orienter, grâce aux indications sensorielles et aux souvenirs, assurant ainsi la "sécurité émotive" des habitants. De plus, elle fournit du sens, en permettant l'élaboration de symboles et de souvenirs collectifs.
Certes, le cerveau peut s'adapter au désordre - mais au prix d'efforts importants. Certes, on peut aimer le labyrinthe ou la surprise - mais uniquement s'ils sont circonscrits dans un ensemble visible. Enfin, nous ne cherchons pas un ordre définitivement ordonné, mais un ordre capable d'évolution. (p. 3

Bâtir l'image

Les images sont le résultat d'une interaction, d'un va-et-vient entre le milieu et l'observateur, qui reconnaît facilement les objets familiers et les objets imposants. La tâche des urbanistes consistant à modeler un espace destiné à de nombreux habitants, c'est l'image collective qui les intéressent. (p. 7

Structure et identité

Les trois composantes de l'image mentale consistent en : son identité (ce qui fait qu'on la reconnaît), sa structure (la relation spatiale de l'objet avec l'observateur) et sa signification pratique ou émotive : cependant la signification d'une ville étant très diverse, il vaut mieux la laisser se développer sans la guider.
L'image qui sert à orienter doit être claire, complète (permettant ainsi des choix différents d'action), ouverte (s'adaptant aux individus) et communicable. (p. 9

L'imagibilité (ou lisibilité, ou visibilité
)
C'est la qualité d'un objet qui provoque de fortes images, grâce à la continuité de sa structure et à la clarté de ses éléments, plus nécessaires que d'autres propriétés comme l'agrément des sens.
Pour renforcer l'image, on peut utiliser des moyens symboliques, comme les cartes, mais ces moyens sont précaires. On peut aussi exercer l'observateur à mieux percevoir la réalité, notamment à l'échelle nouvelle de la région urbaine. Enfin, on peut agir sur la forme de l'environnement.

II- Trois villes

Le travail de l'auteur a consisté à comparer l'image collective de trois villes (élaborée par des entretiens) à la réalité des formes urbaines (déterminées par enquête sur le terrain), pour en dégager quelques principes de composition urbaine
.
Boston

Les analyses ont permis d'identifier plusieurs problèmes de l'image de la péninsule centrale, comme la confusion de la forme du jardin central, le caractère flou de la direction de certaines rues et de la voirie en général. En revanche, les quartiers ont du caractère et se reconnaissent, mais leur structure n'est pas claire - alors qu'aux Etats-Unis c'est habituellement l'inverse.

Jersey-City

Située entre Newark et New-York, c'est une ville fragmentée par les coupures des voies de communication, par la ségrégation sociale et raciale. La ville n'a pas de centre, et plus généralement pas de caractère : ainsi, les habitants ont peu de points de repères (ils décrivent au moyen des noms de rue, des enseignes, et non de formes reconnaissables). (p. 29)



Los Angeles

C'est l'un des CBD qui a été étudié : son image est relativement indifférenciée, en raison de son plan quadrillé où les rues se confondent, des fréquents changements d'activités et des reconstructions du cadre bâti. Cependant certains points de repère très caractérisés visuellement existent, tels Persching square ou ces bâtiments élevés, en fond de perspective, qui permettent de conserver facilement sa direction.
En revanche, l'imagibilité à l'échelle de l'agglomération est bonne grâce à des éléments structurants comme l'océan. Les autoroutes, palpitantes et épuisantes, sont à la fois structurantes et difficiles à rattacher au reste de la ville. (p. 37

Thèmes communs

Les habitants accordent de l'importance aux panoramas (qui relient les éléments dispersés de la ville), aux particularités du paysage (notamment la végétation), au système viaire, aux classes sociales, à l'âge des constructions. Les descriptions sont souvent fondées sur le contraste entre chaque élément et l'ensemble. (p. 50)

III- L'image de la ville et ses éléments
Notre attention porte sur le rôle de la forme dans l'imagibilité d'une ville, même si l'imagibilité peut être influencée par la signification, la fonction, l'histoire du quartier... Les formes physiques d'une ville peuvent être classées en cinq éléments :
Les voies
C'est le réseau des voies qui permet d'appréhender la ville et d'en relier les éléments : d'où leur importance pour les habitants connaissant assez bien la ville.
Les voies se particularisent par les activités qui les bordent, par leur largeur (à laquelle on associe "rue principale") ou leur étroitesse, par les caractéristiques des façades ou de la végétation. L'imagibilité des voies s'accroît grâce à plusieurs qualités :
. leur continuité, par la continuité de la chaussée, de la largeur, du nom …
. leur direction : la pente, des gradients d'intensité d'utilisation ou d'ancienneté, un bâtiment typique d'un côté, etc. permettent de se rendre compte de la direction qu'on a prise. Il est important aussi que les extrémités (l'origine et la destination) soient nettes, par exemple grâce à la présence d'un bâtiment dans l'axe visuel. C'est la clôture visuelle.
. leur étalonnage : des points de repère permettent de se situer le long de la voie
. leur caractère en ligne, c'est-à-dire rapporté clairement au reste de la voirie. Ce n'est pas le cas à Boston où certaines rues parallèles deviennent perpendiculaires, ni à la sortie des autoroutes en tranchées ou des stations de métro.
Les intersections, importantes car là se prennent les décisions d'orientation, doivent être facilement comprises - surtout lorsqu'elles font se croiser plus de 4 voies - : c'est rarement le cas des échangeurs autoroutiers.

Les limites

Les plus fortes de ces frontières entre deux quartiers, sont les limites visibles, continues, impénétrables : telles sont les rivières, les fronts de mer ou de lac (comme à Chicago), limites liquides donnant des références directionnelles et latérales. Les limites sont souvent aussi des voies : certaines sont des coutures qui réunissent deux quartiers et rassemblent les habitants. Les voies ferrées surélevées sont des limites aériennes qui pourraient servir à s'orienter efficacement, grâce à la direction qu'elles indiquent.

Les quartiers

Un quartier est déterminé par l'existence de plusieurs caractères distinctifs relevant du type de bâti, de décoration, d'activités, de classes sociales et de "races" (surtout à Jersey-City). A Boston, c'est la "force thématique" des différents quartiers qui constitue l'élément fondamental de l'image de la ville, suppléant l'absence de clarté de la voirie et assurant le bien-être des gens. (p. 77)



Les noeuds

Ce sont des jonctions de voies où l'on doit prendre des décisions (de direction notamment, mais aussi de mode de transport : ainsi les stations de métro, les gares sont des nœuds), contrainte qui rend les voyageurs plus attentifs (et donc plus sensibles à ce qui est placé là). La force de l'impression visuelle faite par les nœud dépend de la vigueur de leur forme, de la clarté des liaisons entre les différentes voies et de la particularité des bâtiments qui sont là (la place Saint-Marc étant un exemple parfait). (p. 85)
Les points de repère
Ce sont des références simples, qui permettent aux habitués de la ville de se guider. Ils se présentent en "grappes", un détail clé en faisant anticiper un autre : la reconnaissance de ces indications assure efficacité fonctionnelle (on se repère) et sécurité émotionnelle (on est rassuré).
La singularité d'un point de repère est donnée par une forme claire, un contraste avec l'arrière plan (le point de repère est propre dans une ville sale, neuf dans une ville ancienne etc), une localisation qui ressort (à cause de la grande taille, du contraste local : un bâtiment en retrait par exemple). (p. 92)
Relations avec les éléments
Les différents éléments peuvent se renforcer ou se détruire (par exemple une grande rue désarticule un quartier en le transperçant) : mais tous agissent ensemble pour produire une image, à l'échelle du quartier en général. (p. 97)
L'image changeante
Les images diffèrent selon l'échelle - l'idéal étant que des relations existent entre les différents niveaux (qu'un immeuble soit reconnaissable de loin comme de près) - le point de vue, le moment … L'image se développe à partir des grandes voies, puis se modifie lorsque l'environnement devient familier (et même alors, on simplifie l'image comme en la caricaturant). Mais une certaine continuité de l'image est importante lorsque la ville se transforme. (p. 100)
La qualité de l'image
Une image forte est une image riche de détails et de sensations concrètes, offrant une structure complète et continue : c'est-à-dire que toutes les parties de la ville sont fermement et clairement liées, rendant les déplacements faciles et libres (alors qu'au début, le manque de connaissances précises de la ville rend l'image décousue). (p.102)

IV- La forme de la ville
La forme d'une ville doit rester partiellement non engagée, non spécialisée, afin de laisser aux citadins la possibilité de lui insuffler leurs propres significations. Cependant, l'environnement doit être organisé de manière visible et reconnaissable, comme c'est le cas à Florence, grâce à l'évidence de son passé, à la vue sur les collines de Toscane, au repère central de la coupole. S'il est rare de trouver des villes entièrement douées d'imagibilité (à cause de leurs périphéries informes), certains lieux naturels donnent une impression de forte localité à grande échelle. (p. 106)
Modeler les voies
Il faut une hiérarchie visuelle : les voies importantes doivent pouvoir se différencier par leurs qualités particulières d'activités, revêtements, plantations, façades… Il faut également de la clarté visuelle : au moyen de la continuité de la voie, de la clarté directionnelle (sinon l'ambiguité de l'orientation est déroutante), de l'impression de progression vers une destination (par des gradients de pente, de couleurs, de densité de foule…), de l'étalonnage de la voie (par des points de repères, des changements de largeur). Alors le trajet prend une signification.
D'autres particularités sont importantes, telles la largeur du champ visuel, telles les qualités "kinesthétiques", celles qui donnent une impression de mouvement (dans un virage ou une montée). Le tracé des intersections, stratégiques, doit être clairement exprimé. (p. 111)
Modeler les autres éléments



Les limites. Pour augmenter la visibilité d'une limite, il est utile d'en rendre la forme continue, d'en différencier les deux côtés (par des matériaux, des plantations contrastés), d'en augmenter son accessibilité et son utilisation, par exemple en ouvrant un front de mer à la circulation.
Les points de repère. Pour accroître leur force, on peut contrôler leur contraste avec le contexte (limiter la hauteur sauf pour un bâtiment), les grouper pour les renforcer mutuellement, les mettre là où l'attention perceptive est la plus grande (aux noeuds, à hauteur de vue), les disposer en séquence continue pour rendre le trajet confortable, etc.
Les noeuds. Un noeud est d'autant plus fort que sa forme est claire, qu'il contient du mobilier urbain, qu'il coïncide avec un point de décision de circulation, que sa présence est signalée dans les quartiers avoisinants.
Les quartiers. Zone rendue homogène par l'unité de trois ou quatre caractéristiques spatiales ou architecturales, un quartier est renforcé par l'unité sociale, par la netteté des frontières. (p. 116)



Les qualités de la forme
Quelles catégories utiliser dans la composition urbaine ?
1- La singularité ou clarté de la silhouette, grâce à la netteté des frontières, la clôture des espaces, le contraste.
2- La simplicité de la forme. De toutes façons, l'observateur distordra les réalités complexes pour en faire des formes simples.
3- La continuité d'une limite, d'intervalles rythmés, de matériaux, d'enseignes, aide à percevoir une réalité complexe.
4- La dominance d'une tour, d'une activité, etc permet de simplifier l'image.
5- La clarté des liaisons, qui sont stratégiques.
6- La différenciation directionnelle qui permet de faire sentir par exemple où est le centre ville par rapport à la mer…
7- Le champ visuel, c'est-à-dire la portée de la vision, est augmenté par des panoramas, des chevauchements de bâtiments etc.
8- La conscience du mouvement, par la mise en valeur des pentes, courbes,… qui permettent de structurer la ville puisque c'est en mouvement qu'on ressent la ville.
9- Les séries temporelles, perçues dans le temps telles des séries de points de repère "de nature mélodique".
10- Les dénominations et significations, caractéristiques non physiques qui peuvent renforcer l'identité. (p. 123)
L'impression d'ensemble
Il faut certes une continuité dans l'espace et dans le temps (un dôme tant visible de jour que de nuit, mais aussi des points de repères qui subsistent lorsque la ville se transforme). Cependant, la ville doit également être diverse. En effet, les singularités et les contrastes procurent du plaisir, notamment aux familiers de la ville ; de plus, une ville doit aussi être un stimulus pour de nouvelles explorations ; enfin, les habitants sont divers et chacun doit pouvoir bâtir sa propre image. Ainsi, les formes ne doivent pas être trop rigidement spécialisées, mais rester malléables et flexibles. (p. 127)
La forme des métropoles
La taille croissante des régions métropolitaines pose des problèmes nouveaux de composition. Deux techniques sont possibles, basées sur la hiérarchie des éléments, en prévoyant par exemple des noeuds principaux et des noeuds secondaires (mais cette organisation n'est-elle pas une négation du caractère libre et complexe des liens dans une ville?) ; sur la prédominance d'un ou deux éléments (comme un grand fleuve). Une nouvelle méthode consisterait à répartir des séries d'événements le long des voies du réseau de circulation : cependant, ces séquences doivent rester cohérentes quel que soit le sens du parcours, et elles doivent pouvoir être interrompues, ce qui rend leur réalisation complexe voire impossible. (p. 131)
La méthode de composition
L'urbaniste est amené à recomposer l'environnement existant (pour en découvrir et renforcer l'image), et de plus en plus, à composer les extensions suburbaines, à une échelle spatiale et temporelle entièrement nouvelle. Ainsi l'urbanisme volontaire - "manipulation délibérée du monde à des fins sensorielles" - prend-il une importance croissante.
Ces (re)modelages devraient être guidés par un plan visuel, recueil de recommandations préparées par l'analyse de la forme et de l'image de la ville, et basées sur le développement des cinq éléments. Ce plan devrait être incorporé dans les documents de planification habituels. Le but final étant la qualité des images (et non la forme matérielle), il faudrait apprendre aux habitants à regarder leur ville, par des promenades ; l'embellissement lui-même rend les habitants plus attentifs et les pousse à agir sur leur monde. (p. 135)

V- Une nouvelle échelle
Cette nouvelle échelle est celle de la métropole qui s'étend de plus en plus en raison de la vitesse des déplacements et des nouvelles constructions. Pour que l'environnement en soit agréable, il faut que sa structure soit claire et son identité frappante, chargée de poésie et de symbolisme. L'impression d'endroit remarquable réhausse les activités qui s'y exercent. (p. 139)

Objectifs de l’analyse urbaine:



-Identifier les caractères fondamentaux d’un territoire (paysage, urbanisme et architecture)



-Montrer les évolutions du territoire.



-Mettre en évidence les points forts à valoriser et les problèmes à corriger.



-Conclure sur les premières orientations à envisager, se donner les

moyens d’une prise de décision urbanistique efficace et sereine



la méthode proposée se présente sous forme de 3 étapes :



1- établir un diagnostic du territoire afin de bien cerner en deuxième temps



2-les enjeux et les problème de l’assiette choisie ( la synthèse) ,

dans une perspective de consolidation et de respect du patrimoine local

et des paysages identitaires.



3- Dans un troisième temps, il faut effectuer des choix d’intervention

selon les contraintes observées lors de l’analyse et de la synthèse ,



L'intervention urbanistique peut prendre plusieurs formes :





1).La réorganisation urbaine



Elle a pour objectif l'amélioration de la réalité urbaine par des

actions superficielles, non radicales, à court ou à moyen termes. Ce

type d'intervention ne bouleverse donc pas la situation préexistante,

ne produit pas de rupture dans le cadre bâti et correspond, par

conséquent, aux situations urbaines ou il est difficile ou non

nécessaire de mener des interventions radicales.





2). La rénovation urbaine



Elle adapte une entité donnée à de nouvelles conditions d'hygiène, de

confort, de fonctionnement, de qualité architecturale et urbanistique.

Cette intervention est de nature beaucoup plus radicale que la

précédente et s' applique à des secteurs ou à des îlots dont les

caractères facilitent et/ou justifient une intervention forte et ou les

contraintes entravant l'intervention sont peu importantes.



La modernisation urbaine a imposé, pendant quelques décennies (1950,

1960 et 1970), la rénovation comme principal type d'intervention à

l'intérieur des villes, mais la contrainte, de plus en plus présente du

patrimoine urbain; a réduit le recours à ce procédé radical de

transformation des espaces urbains.





3). La restauration



Ce type d'intervention urbanistique se limite au cas de figure d'une

entité à identité culturelle et/ou architecturale menacées, qui réclame

des mesures de sauvegarde.





4). La restructuration urbaine



La restructuration introduit une nouvelle configuration de l'entité, en

la remodelant. Elle implique, de ce fait, un changement radical d'un

espace urbain assez vaste, aussi bien au niveau de son tracé Elle

s'applique à des entités qui présentent une déstructuration et un

manque d'homogénéité évidents au niveau du tracé ou du cadre bâti.





5). La densification urbaine



Elle s'applique à des secteurs urbanisés qui présentent des poches non

urbanisées (cas des emprises militaires ou ferroviaires, d'importantes

parcelles non bâties à l'intérieur du tissu). Ces secteurs sont souvent

densifiés sous la pression de l'urbanisation et l'augmentation de leurs

valeurs foncières.





6). L'extension urbaine



Elle s'applique aux entités non urbanisées et qui sont destinées par le

plan d'urbanisme à une urbanisation future; aucune contrainte n'existe

de ce fait, hormis la constructibilité des terrains et leur prix, les

infrastructures, et d'équipements et les contraintes du site naturel ;

en d'autres termes, le coût de l'urbanisation.



L'extension urbaine doit être guidée par le souci d'intégration

fonctionnelle (programmation) et morphologique (articulation) au reste

de la ville.





7). La réhabilitation urbaine



Cette action, assez récente dans le discours et la pratique

urbanistiques, a pour objectif l'intégration de secteurs urbains

marginaux au reste de la ville, par des interventions aussi bien sur le

cadre physique que sur le cadre social, source de conflits et

d'instabilité pour la collectivité.

السلام عليكم يااخي
عندي سؤال محيرني ولم اجد له اجابة عند احد
بالنسبة للكشوف الكمية والكيفية هل يدرسه المعماريون في سنواتهم الدراسية ام المدنيون
لانني بحثت في كتبهم ولم اجد شئ وحملت كتب من دون جدوى
مثل الراحيض اعزك الله كيفية تصميمها وماتحتاجه من قنواة صرف وكيفية تركيبها والى اين تذهب تلك القنواة وكيفية تركيب اسلاك الكهرباء
وعلى اي اساس اتمنى ان تساعدني في فهم هذا العلم
