Scope of Conference
The conference will cover the general area of Electronic Components
& Systems, Electrical Power Grid & Applications, and Control Engineering.
Its objectives is to bring together researchers and engineers
involved in these matters to exchange on recent developments and advances
in each field. Particular attention is given to new scientists and
Ph.D students. Interested industrials are very welcomed.

1. Electronic Components & Systems
• Heat management of components & circuits;
• Electronic modeling using SPICE, VHDL, etc;
• Signal processing (DSP, FPGA, …);
• Sensors design & applications;
• Optoelectronic characterization of devices.
2. Electrical Power Grid & Application
• Electrical production and management;
• Renewable energy technology;
• Electrical maintenance;
• Power optimization;
• FACTS design & HVDC systems.
3. Control Engineering
• Diagnosis and control of non-linear systems;
• Analysis and optimization of non-linear systems;
• Robust and adaptive control;
• Embedded control systems;
• Simulation & control of robotic systems.
Submissions
We invite you to submit a paper in English, French or Arabic (not exceeding
6 pages, font: Time New Roman 12, two columns according to
IEEE format) for the purpose of reviewing by June 30. Papers in PDF
format should contain 5 keywords related to the scope of the conference.
Papers are to be submitted by email to: cieea_13@yahoo.fr .
First page must hold the paper’s title, the authors’ names ( underlining
the author’s name presenting the paper), the affiliation, mailing address,
email, Tel & Fax, and less than 300 words abstract.
Fees: 4000 DA (include Hotels & Meals).
Deadlines: Submission of full papers: June 30, 2013
Notification of acceptance: October 10, 2013
Final version submission & registration: October 30, 2013
