Venue

The conference will be held in Djelfa University, Algeria, on the new Auditorium building which was inaugurated last year. The University "Ziane Achour" of Djelfa was started teaching in1990 under the National Institue of electronics.Actually the Faclty of Science and Technology which was nominated before 4 years is presenting the foundation stone of the whole university with their staff who has almost start workning at the first ages of the university. The faculty of Science and Technology is the organizer of the Internatinal conference on Power Electronics and Their applications ICPEA2013. this conference come after the great success of the past conference IMESE'06, at that time there was only the institue of Science and Technology.
Djelfa is the main city of the state of Djelfa and it is considered as the Capitale of Ouled Nail populatin and one of the most attractive region in Algeria with an important number of population . Among its many notable monuments is the magnificent loved-twins and attractive historical stations that are recently recognised by UNESCO as an important heritage in the world and the specific salt rock mountain. Strategically djelfa is located in the virtual center of Algeria and it is the Gate of the larg diserts, only about 4 hours by car or bus from the airport of Algiers (the capital)Paris, it is about 300 Km far form algeirs.

PAPER SUBMISSION All submissions should be in English. Submit the full paper using the following layout: First page include title of the paper, authors names, affiliation, mailing address, phone, fax number and e-mail of corresponding author, abstract, and 4 to 6 keywords.
The papers are limited to six pages. Authors are strongly encouraged to prepare the manuscripts in the format of IJAEE journal (www.ijaee.org). All submissions should be in (.doc) format. Detailed information is available at:
