your question is't clear enough,but I can tell you that the approach applied in teaching English iis the CBA ( Competency-based approach)

It is indeed the CBA, but for me it is preferable to take from each approach the positives, for example I would let my pupils take part in their learning ( this is mainly CBA) I would let them communicate between each other and this is CLT ) just for example, things would work perfectly this way . And after all it is up to the teacher to see what's good for the learners and act as such.
