morover at least there are more than 1000 condidatts so they have no time to ask you

Algerian never like the truth.Never try to correct their mistakes.According to them ,they never get mistaken at all.They like lies as they like who lies to them.As the ministry does with them nowadays

Tell me about yourself.
Why do you want to work here? In the middle or in the secondary school
Can you work under pressure?
What is the most difficult situation you have faced during dealing with pupils?
Tell me about your experiences at school.
Why are you interested in this job?
What qualities should a successful teacher possess?

Hello Eve .I'm Adam .I think there will be no such questions about Psychopedagogy and TEFL for one simple reason:
Not all the people studied them.
Be aware that there are those who studied civilization and literetaure ,those who studied applied linguistics, and those who studied translation.
Thus, the questions are going to be tricky ones that reveal the hotspots in one's personality.So try to manage your responses. and good luck
