Doctorat LMD Anglais Mostaganem

Hello everybody, i want to ask poeple studying in mostaganem or teachers of english in the university, about whether is it possible for me as a holder of a master degree in apllied linguistics from constantine to participate in Mostaganem, knowing that that there are no posts of my speciality, there are only didactics, socio, and other

Well , I am a master hoder in applied linguistics here in Mostaganem and there are two doctora ; one in applied linguistics and one in sociolinguistics ..
till now there are no news about the application and if they accept other masters ..
