أريد طريقة لحذف الأوبنتو نهائيا بشكل " آمن " بارك الله فيكم

السلام عليكم ورحمةُ الله وبركاته
منذ مدّة الأبنتو 12.04 أصبح ثقيلا بعض الشيء و أيضا لم يعد يساعدني أمر نظامين منفصلين ، لذلك سأقوم إن شاء الله بتنصيبه علي Virtual Box ، لكي يسهل انتقالي بينه وبين الويندوز.
المشكل :
عند تنصيب الأبنتو ، قمت أولا بعمل
une fragmentation du disque C
( الذي يحوي علي الويندوز أيضا ولكن مساحته كبيرة ولله الحمد )
ومن ثَمَّ قمت بإنشاء
une partition de 40 GO

ومن ثَمَّ نصبت عليها الأوبنتو 10.04 أولا
ولكن عندما أردت حذف هذا الأخير باستعمال
الأداة
OS-Uninstaller

Grup لم يعد يظهر
بل تظهر لي شاشة سوداء تطلب منِّي الضغط على
Shift+Alt+..

أو شيء من هذا القبيل لإعادة التشغيل ولم أتمكن من الدخول للويندوز

على كلِّ، قمت مباشرة بإعادة تنصيب الأبنتو 12.04 على نفس المساحة السابقة
وعاد ال Grup بشكل عادي
الآن ، أودّ حذف الأبنتو 12.04 ولكن بطريقة آمنة تحفظ لي الويندوز ، ولا تُظهر لي مثل المشكل السابق.
فكي ف السبيل إلى ذلك

إذا ما قمت بحذف الأبنتو
بل أحتاج أن يقلع الجهاز على الوينداوز مباشرة ؟؟؟

يمكنك اذا استعمال قرص الويندوز لاصلاح ذلك عن طريق repair او réparer ليعود كل شيء كما كان عند تثبيت ويندوز وحده
او كما ذكرا تثبيت grub دون تثبيت اوبنتو :

ملاحظة قد يعمل اوبنتو بشكل ثقيل virtualbox لذا اقترح عليك تثبيته داخل ويندوز مباشرة كبرنامج باستعمال wubi يمكن ازالته من (اضاغة و ازالة البرامج)(لوحة التحكم)

هل هو ويندوز سفن7 ام ويندوز اكسبي؟
اذا كان ويندوز 7 :
ضع اي قرص ويندوز 7 حتى ان كان غير اصلي و اتبع الشرح:
يمكن تحميل قرص الويندوز من الانترنت او استعارة القرص من شخص ما
و ان تعذر ذلك يمكنك استخدام :Repair CD

8. To restore the "bootsector code":
