I can understand that you are having some problems adding your bank account.
I have reviewed your account and can confirm that you will be able to add an American bank account to your PayPal account, I can also confirm that there is nothing in our system that indicates that you have tried this and if you have it has not been registered in our system.
Because of this I would advise you to try to add the American bank account again, and if you are having problems doing this I would advise you to contact us again with a clear description of the issue and we will be more than happy to help you.
