Dans ce travail, nous avons montré que nous pouvons diminuer le courant de recombinaison par l’utilisation des cellules à hétérojonctions à bande interdite variable dans la zone de charge d’espace.
Nous avons vu que toutes les paramètres de la couche graduelle sont des fonctions de la distance ( z), nous avons utilisez l’approximation Joyce-Dixon de l’intégrale de Fermi pour trouver concentration n et p est finalement le taux de recombinaison, Nous avons arrivés à calculer le courant de recombinaison par l’intégration de U(z) est par suite nous avons examinés la variation des paramètre photovoltaïques par rapport à l’épaisseur de la couche graduelle.
L’étude de la recombinaison dans une zone de charge d’espace, comportant une couche de
transition à bande interdite variable et une région à bande interdite large montre que le courant de recombinaison diminue avec la diminution de l’épaisseur de la couche de transition.

In this work, we have shown that we can reduce recombination current by the use of heterojunction cells with variable band gap in the space charge zone. We have seen that all the parameters of the graded layer are functions of the distance ( z ), we use the Joyce -Dixon Fermi approximation of full concentration to find n and p is ultimately the recombination rate , we have arrived to calculate the recombination current by integrating U (z) is a result we examined the variation of the photovoltaic parameter relative to the thickness of the graded layer . The study of recombination in a space charge zone, comprising a layer of transition variable bandgap and wide bandgap region shows that the recombination current decreases with decreasing of the thickness of the transition layer .
