I like your questions it's among the best questions I have ever been asked

well the 3 IIP ( interact - interpret - produce) are the 3 competencies that show us that our learners are progressing and our lesson is conform to CBA approach

if any one tells me that you know English ; how can I know that you master this ********

1- if you can Interact ( oral)
2- If you can interpret oral and written messages ( decode message)
3- if you can produce oral or written short messages

All those three IIP show me that you master this ********

since our learners have not been in contact with English during the Primary School so it' high time pupils learnt
these competencies

the 3 IIP must appear in each STAGE of the lesson , it's very normal that the order is Interact - Interpret - Produce but you may FOCUS on one of the 3 IIP depending on the lesson you are dealing with
