This ideal world

This ideal world I dreamt of
Included you and me
This ideal world I dreamt of
Was for all to see
This ideal world I dreamt of
Had Love, No hate
This ideal world I dreamt of
You were never to early, never to late
This ideal world I dreamt of
Had all the peace you could find
This ideal world I dreamt of
Couldn’t be measured by time
This ideal world I dreamt of
Had streets paved in gold
This ideal world I dreamt of
You were never to young or old
This ideal world I dreamt of
No one was suffering
This ideal world I dreamt of
Had no end but an endless beginning
This ideal world I dreamt of
No one had to die
This ideal world I dreamt of
Young boys weren’t smoking joints getting high
This ideal world I dreamt of
People weren’t living in squander
This ideal world I dreamt of
Everyone had respect for one another
This ideal world I dreamt of
Had endless possibilities
This ideal world I dreamt of
Strength was determined based on loyalty
This ideal world I dreamt of
Included you and me
It included Love and Peace
But most importantly; Unity!
