و اخيرا تم ربط حسابي في بايونير بـــ باي بال

و اخيرا وصلتني رسالة تطلب مني الربط في 4 ساعات القادمة

I understand the difficulties which you meet with the addition of your account Payoneer on your account PayPal and I am going to clarify for you this situation.
Since June 10th, 2014 it is not possible any more to add a Payoneer account on PayPal. As it is mentioned in the terms and the conditions of this service of American payment, the account Payoneer is not bank accounts and thus you cannot add them to your account PayPal.
According to the Section 14 - Your Responsibility: " the department of American payment is not considered as a bank account in the United States and funds received on your account are not are not assured by the FDIC ( Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation). "

For more information, contact directly Payoneer and inquire with your local bank to see which options of transfer you arrange with PayPal in your country.

انا فهمت السر يجب ان لا يتلقى رسالتك عربي لان عمال بيونيير العرب هم من يعرقلون الربط فالسر انك ترسل الرسالة من دون الدخول الى حسابك حتى تستقبل على بايبال اوروبا

لكن وحسب اخر تجربة لي مع باي بال ارسلو لي مثلك نفس هاته الرسالة لكن المشكل العويص انه الكود المرسل لبايونير من طرف باي بال لم يصل ولم يظهر وبعد 4 ايام تم حذف الحساب الذي اضفته ورجعت للصفر وتلقيت رسالة من باي بال تفيد بان البنك الامريكي الذي تريد ربطه به مشكل [يقصدون بايونير] ولحد الان لم اجد حل
