it’s very clear that you brother don’t like that Algeria fall in a FITNA and me too but we’ve to discuss things connecting them to what’s happening:
1. His orders should be applied, and it is unanimously forbidden to rise up against him. (1st paragraph)
Most of the Arabic countries are controlled by secularity … the danger. What to do? If people obey then secularism aim is destroy their religion. If people obey then they’re in real danger!
2. Thus, if one disobeys the ruler, thanks to whom the union is established, separates from the community which agrees to obey the ruler who unites its members and their opinions and protects them from their enemy, then he dies, he will die as if he were of those who died in the pre-Islamic period of ignorance. (2nd paragraph)
Since they came unity is split into regionalism and racism he who denies this doesn’t live in Algeria. They’re protecting us from the enemy in contrary they’re helping the enemy like the secret oil contracts with the criminal ‘El-Sisi’ who directly deals with the Israel Government. In addition ‘Rabeh Rabeh’, Multinational Companies in the south…etc.

3. the Prophet صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّمorders to obey them in good and in what brings benefit to the Muslims. (5th paragraph) all I see is wasting money over here and over there on football, Arabic culture capital in Constantine this latter was not kept by Arabs only our Tamazight brothers were excluded because of Saoudist rulers ideologies, spreading usury l’ensej instead of building factories so that citizens eats El-halel…etc.
4. obedience to the rulers should be observed whether in pleasure or in displeasure, in ease or in difficulty, on condition that there should not be disobedience to Allah تعالى, (6th paragraph)
They’re clearing ways for divergence so that youngsters make more sins I heard that kind of modern music that urges youngsters to do taboo things and consuming drugs and yes why didn’t the government stop them? Good question right.
5. The Prophet صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّمsays: “It is obligatory upon a Muslim that he should listen to and obey [the ruler appointed over him], whether he likes it or not, except that when he is ordered to do whatever is sinful. If one is ordered to do whatever is sinful, he should neither to him nor should he obey his orders”. (6th paragraph)
To conclude, our prophet meant, “… [the ruler appointedover him” and none of them were appointed they came in by force and deceit.

Allah yjib elkheir.
