What I mean is that you can't get fluency if you don't communicate and practice speaking skills with english speakers .Reading
books , newspapers and stories helps but not that much ..We have seen those who graduated from universities .They aren't able to communicate freely without difficulties .Sure reading and practicing speaking are key points to get a good command of English
