It ain't bad at all
Classes are in english, that's a plus.
Some professors are really good, some are bad, some are gonna bully you; but with moderate effort at the most, you will graduate
I guess what really matters for your experience in inelec is your motivation and how interested you are in EE.
All in all, I did inelec and enjoyed it, the job propects are fairly good after graduating too.
